This pump is constructed of food-grade materials and handles boiling wort with ease. The impeller housing is made from polysulfone as it is a tough, food-grade plastic rated up to 120C. The magnetic drive acts as a clutch allowing the user to put back pressure on the pump to slow down flow without any damage to the pump. Since it is centrifugal, it's not self priming, you must put the pump under the level of the liquid source.
This is an extremely efficient 0.1amp pump which can be run continuously at elevated temperatures. The magnetic drive ensures no lubricated bearings are in contact with the liquid at all, so you can be sure there is no chance of any contamination of the liquid being pumped, which is why this pump is ideal for home brewing.
Voltage: 220-240 at 50-60hz Power rating: 25w Max Head: 3.4m Max Flow: 19L/min Wiring: AU Standard 10amp plug Fittings: 1/2 BSP
To make this pump even more robust we now sell a 304 stainless steel impeller housing for this pump as an optional upgrade.
Note: the pump does not include any of the quick connects, camlocks or ball valves shown in the images these are just to show how you can set the pump up to incorporate it into your brewery.
Our Cooling Coil will attach to our Apollo Lids.
The coil is constructed of stainless steel 8mm tubing.
To install, simply drill two holes in the expansion ports of your Apollo lid to accommodate the bulkheads of the cooling coil.
Insert the threaded bulkheads through the holes using the silicone o-rings to create a seal on the underside of the lid.
The threaded bulkheads will protrude through the lid and can be held tight by the hex nuts on the exterior of the lid.
Once positioned, the coils in the tank can be slightly separated to increase the contact area with the liquid.
Coils are offset so they will not impeded the operation of the plunge valve or centralised floating liquid pick up tube of the Apollo vessels.

Fermenter King Junior - 10 Litre Pressure Fermenter and Keg
10L Junior is the World's smallest and most affordable 10L pressure fermenter and keg.
10L Junior comes from the same tank mold as our Silver P.E.T. 10L King Kegs but is made using the clear P.E.T. material we use to manufacture our P.E.T. Pressure Fermenter and Unitank Range Like Apollo and Chubby.
Get two 10L Fermenter King Juniors as a great way to split single batch fermentations into two two fermenters to treat differently.
10L Fermenter King Junior relatively small size makes fermenting up to 8L of wort simple.
A spunding valve like our Spundy will be required to control the internal pressure of the fermenter.
After fermentation, you can carbonate your beer in your 10L Fermenter King Junior.
Simply attach your 10L Junior to your tap system or any hand held tap and serve directly out of the fermenter.
Alternatively, you can transfer carbonated beverages easily from Finto kegs, mini kegs and growlers.
Specifications:
Width = 24.5 cm at base
Height = 37.5 cm to top of posts on lid
*Please Note: Phosphoric acid sanitisers should have the pH range between 2.2 - 2.8. This is about a 1.5 - 2ml of sanitiser in 1L of water. Above the pH of 2.8, the sanitiser fails the 30-second test to prevent microbial growth. Below 2.2ph range, the sanitiser will affect the flavour of beer.
Heat does more damage to PET fermenters than chemicals. Above 50 degrees Celsius, the PET can soften and deform permanently. It is best to allow hot cleaning solutions to cool down to at least 40 degrees C before use.
Adhering to these recommendations will ensure the integrity of your fermenter tank for its useable life.

A Type Party Pump with a Intertap, a reliable and easy-to-use accessory for any party or event. The pump is made from quality stainless steel and features a genuine stainless Intertap allowing you to take the pub experience anywhere.
A-Type variety kegs are commonly associated with Independent Craft Breweries but are also utilised by Tooheys, Coopers, Lion Co and XXXX for their kegs.
Party pump kits are perfect for dispensing the occasional keg at a party, picnic, or event. Not needing electricity or CO2 to dispense makes them affordable and reliable. Due to air being pumped into the keg, the beer should be consumed within 24 hours. Simply chill the keg in ice, attach the party pump and start pouring.
Instructions:
1. Ensure your keg is cold and has had time to settle after transport. A warm 50L keg can take over 24 hours to cool down.
2. Attach the pump to the gas inlet on the side of the coupler, ensuring that the one-way check (“duckbill”) valve/seal is in place between the coupler and pump.
3. Thread the low-profile elbow bend onto the top of the coupler and the threaded long shank onto the stainless elbow bend. Ensure the seal is in place between both.
4. Position the Intertap in the correct orientation, then tighten the collar on the shank to secure the tap.
5. Connect the coupler to the keg by either siding onto the spear (A-type) or twisting to lock (D-type) and pushing the handle down to engage the coupler.
6. Release excess pressure in the keg by slowly unscrewing the pump on the side of the coupler until you hear a hiss, allow most of the pressure to release. Re-tighten the pump to the coupler.
7. Start pouring beer from the Intertap, the first couple of glasses will often be very foamy while the system cools down and settles.
8. Enjoy beer on tap! As the unit starts to pour too slow, just give it a couple of pumps. Do not over pressurise by pumping more than required. It should take roughly 10 seconds to fill a glass.

If you're looking to collect a pure spirit of 92% fast, then a Reflux Column Still is the right column for you.
Our Reflux Column is designed for easy use, manufactured from long lasting materials and sanitary silver solder joins.
These Reflux Columns integrate well with any boiler containing a condensing lid with a 47mm hole.
Complete with Stainless Steel Ball Lock connections that provide users with solid, fast, sanitary connection points for hooking up their cooling water, our new stills make setting up a breeze.
Distillers can use the included ball valve to control the spirit collection flowing from the reflux unit.
Our Reflux Still temp probe port is situated in the perfect location to accurately monitor your distillation temperatures with the included digital thermometer so you can dial in the perfect flow setting of your spirit.
The pure, solid copper construction of the still assists in driving sulphur out of the hot spirit in contact with the interior through catalytic conversion, resulting in higher quality spirit with fewer off flavours.
Using our Reflux Still, distillers should harvest 3L of 92% alcohol from a 25L wash using 6kg of sugar or approximately 3.8L if using 8kg of sugar.
Using a pump to recirculate your cooling water from a tank source is a great way to get water savings when using any still. Ensure your pump has a head height of 30m or 3000L/hour.
Super easy operation:
Mount the Reflux Still to the 47mm condensing lid hole on your boiler.
Insert the included digital thermometer into the Pot Stills temp probe port.
Simply hook your condenser up to a coolant source that can provide 8 litres per minute output of cooling water.
The Reflux Stills high grade, all copper construction means your spirit will react and convert driving sulphur off the distillate.
The entire manufacture is made using lead free silver soldering.
Consider the time and effort you go through to create your distilled products.
Get our Reflux Still to harvest the efficient, quality results with every distillation run.

Potassium Bicarbonate has been used over the centuries for numerous household and health reasons. Some common uses include leavening in baking, for winemaking, in soda water, and as an effective fire retardant as well.
Some have used Potassium Bicarbonate as a fungicide, vegetable wash, and is accepted for safe use in Organic Farming. This ingredient may be added to foods and beverages or smoothies and green drinks. It is a pure white granular powder and has no fillers or binders, additives or preservatives.
This product is FCC grade as it meets the requirements of the Food Chemical Codex indicates and is suitable for all food, beverage and nutritional supplement applications.
Suggested Uses of Potassium Bicarbonate
Organic FungicidePotassium Bicarbonate is used as an organic fungicide. It works as a contact fungicide inhibiting the fungus mycelium development and increasing the pH to control fungus in crops. It considered a safe and non toxic fungicide for use in organic crop production.Fire ExtinguisherPotassium Bicarbonate performs well as a fire extinguisher and is a common ingredient in powdered fire extinguishers. The slightly basic nature of potassium bicarbonate helps neutralise chemical fires and smothers the combusting material to put out the flames.Neutralise Acidic SoilPotassium Bicarbonate is used widely in agriculture as a soil neutraliser due to its basic nature and low toxicity. The powder is dissolved in water and the solution is then applied to the soil to increase the pH level.Baking and Wine makingPotassium Bicarbonate is used in food production, wine making and drinks making to either add CO2 (rising agent) or control the release of CO2.
Note: Please use as directed for any specific applications.
