🔄 Returns Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligible Returns:

  • Item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Product is unused and in original packaging

Not Eligible:

  • Used or damaged after delivery
  • Missing original packaging
  • Change of mind (unless approved)

📦 Return Process

  1. Email us at sales@cartoz.com.au
  2. Provide your Order ID and issue details
  3. Attach photos or videos showing the problem
  4. Wait for return approval and instructions

Note: Returns must be approved before sending items back.


💳 Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

🚚 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund

  • Incorrect shipping addresses may lead to additional charges
  • CARTOZ reserves the right to approve or reject return requests
