Premium Materials

Crafted with a robust double-layered structure comprising outer nylon and middle stainless steel wire braid, tightly encasing a CPE rubber inner layer. This design relieves internal pressure, reduces wear, enhances flexibility and mechanical strength. Our fuel hose kit is designed for diesel, gasoline, and transmission fluid (excluding E85).

Exceptional Durability

Featuring a 3-layer construction, our fuel hose end fitting kit boasts a remarkable 2000psi burst pressure, with a maximum working pressure of 500psi. It operates in temperatures ranging from -40°F to 257°F, ensuring reliability even in extreme conditions.

Multiple Fittings Included

The braided fuel line features 0.43in inner diameter, 0.64in outer diameter, and a generous 20ft length; our fuel line kit is equipped with 12 fittings, perfectly compatible with the 8AN swivel hose end.

Leakproof Seal

To ensure long-term leakage prevention and a consistent seal, the fuel line kit comes with 10 sealing rings that ensure a tight and trouble-free connection.
