The pasta roller sheet attachment offers 8 adjustable thickness settings. With the ability to adjust the dough thickness from 0.01 to 0.08 inches (0.3 to 2mm), you can easily choose your preferred thickness for consistent results. It is perfect for making wide noodles, dumplings, tortillas, layer cakes, and other varieties of pasta dishes.

Choose Between 2 Pasta Widths

This pasta roller attachment provides options for a 0.06-inch (1.5mm) thin pasta width and a 0.24-inch (6mm) wide pasta width. Choose the width that best fits your or your family's taste.
