This flour sifter has a diameter of 15 cm and a depth of approximately 4.2 cm. The sifter has a very fine mesh size: 60 mesh (60 mesh is finer than 40 mesh). This size is perfect if you are sifting flour with a high gluten content. Professional use: Suitable for all-purpose flour, household waste, spice powders, and icing sugar. It can also be used to sift bran from whole wheat flour. For cooking or baking, you can also use it to sift lumps from ingredients, such as hibiscus powder for homemade food coloring and hibiscus paste for smoother, richer sauces and soups.
